we have an accident block be the vine street expressway eastbound that cleared, eastbound just a little slow, web jammed from booed street to the schuylkill expressway with the strike we're seeing more people hit the roads. that's hang already today. we're jamming up in spots and accidents just to confuse the issue let's get to the latest with the regional rails, we're seeing the delays kick in. airport line 15-minute delay, media/elwyn tweament running yesterday -- it wasn't running yesterday, it's running today. chestnut hill west 20 minutes late. fox chase line expect delays. norristown high speed line they have a disabled train all people have to board on the inbound platform that's the norristown high speed line. the transit agency and the union saw talks breakdown overnight. annie mccormick is live in

center city where both sides will try to take a crack at it we'll see how successfully today. >> reporter: we hope they will go back to the table, nothing has been scheduled at this time. there was on optimism on both sides talks broke down by 11:00 p.m., there was a statement released by the board chairman saying this should be the last resort and the union should be trying to get to an agreement sooner rather than later. take a look at part of the statement saying our proposal provides significant financial benefits to the union for years to come. i asked that the transportation workers leadership meaningfully engage in negotiations without delays. pension reform and changes in how operators are scheduled because of issues like driver

fatigue. septa adopted a new plan is at the union request that would increase benefits and provide wage increases and addressing healthcare and addressing the rise in healthcare. it does not appear according to lawmakers on the city, state and federal leave -- level there is any money to be put into the septa budget. there's no talks scheduled at this time. the union has not responded to the statement that was released around 11:00 p.m. septa said they will go to court to get an injunction to make sure on election day septa workers are back to work. annie mccormick channel 6 "action news." back to you. we reached the time of the morning where the regional rails start to become a real mess.
